I was one day walking through the city of Baltimore. It was early morning as I listened to the sounds of the city moving in the morning. Everyone was rushing and going to some place. I then became all sound...stopped and wrote this


The Song of the Day

The song of the day is sung quietly
As the glue holding sound together
It's notes are distant within the noise of the city
When all are sleeping and dreaming their life
I find my Self awake listening to their chorus sing a beautiful song together
Unaware of their silent performance they sing in Love
As I sit within their song of the day

Look where you are stepping
There are flowers beneath those steps
Whispering your Truth to you

But you crush them looking for a better beauty
imagined by man

A story closes your eyes
Blinded by books painting pictures of
someplace to find
Blinded by masks placed upon you for protection
.... for the safety of not revealing your Truth

Look where you step and know...
There is no place to go to preach anything enlightening
when you are in illusion as much as the next person

So...throw your books in the ocean and free yourSelf!!
remove all clothing, costumes and masks and be what is in front of you!!
stand naked here... doing nothing and watch all happen
and know your are...

This knowing will allow you to live life
and be LIFE....and others will draw to your smile

You are the flower blooming
for the sake of knowing yourSelf
You are the sunlights rays
illuminating your beauty
You are the warmth connecting all living things
in..... love

and now you step again... and bow honoring the flower...seeing your Self

i dip my paintbrush in once again here
to paint the emptiness I am
why.... because the thoughts are dancing in my head
full of fears, things to be done, actions to take place

but a thought appears...let go
this is a perfect thought
i will take a back seat
watching

so... i dip into the color clear and disappear
I paint not the mind, but paint the knowing I am
painting everything clearly, an original color a hologram in a movie
I am...built up from the place thoughts arise
the place the wind comes from
the place the echo of the bell goes to

this mesh of nothing is woven so well to appear as a "me"
so I start from the emptiness I am and follow the mesh through.....
up.... painting it clear as me, as thoughts... as mind
all rays woven from nothingness sparking out to....
connected as One

there I am....rays, thoughts are rays, actions come along and move me
my fingers type
what moves them ... moves my breath, blinks my eyes, speaks
the air is as I am

but wait.... from where do I watch all of this....
from where do I watch the process of light becoming "me"
another point?... I am

It takes more energy to limit yourself than it does to unfold unto your best. So to bring greatness out in others I will point them to the part of them selves that they know but can not label. This is the part that connects to everything and is the stream of life.

Good morning.. this day is you... the sun shines to reflect your beauty... all that you meet today is you.. each tree is the silent you... each breath of wind... you are the place where this wind goes today...you are that which carries the light and reflections. How far can you think.... that is how far you go

What does this take to bring this out in others... not much just stop...look... I am you.
